As we approach Easter, we have the opportunity to seek ways to interact with others, meet needs, share the gospel, and extend an invitation to our worship gatherings. One way we want to resource every individual and/or family this year is with something we are calling the Good News Box.

This box is customized for our Calvary family to help you share the Good News of Jesus and will include:

• One Homeless Blessing Bag that you can fill with a few items (water bottle, crackers, socks, Easter Worship Invite, Life of Jesus Book, etc.) and keep it in your car to share with one of the unsheltered here in our area.
• Two Gift Cards – One gas and one food gift card will be included for you to be a blessing to another person and, hopefully, have a God-ordained conversation to share the good news of Jesus and/or invite them to join us at Calvary for worship.
• Three Notecards – Everyone can use a message of encouragement. You can think of individuals to whom you could send a note to let them know they were thought of and prayed for by you.

We also invite you to consider other ways you might be strategic and intentional to serve others and share the message of hope through Jesus with others. For example, you might decide to bake or buy some cookies to deliver to a neighbor or to a local fire station.

The box itself can be repurposed with a small gift to bless someone.
